FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are your Funko Pops new?

Yes. All our Funko Pops are new EXCEPT the ones we occasionally sell from our private collection. The Funko Pops we sell from our private collection will be marked clearly and described as “Used” or “Pre-Owned.”

“Used” means the Funko Pop box was opened and the figure was removed and used as a sample OR that we purchased the Funko Pop in used condition from a private seller for our own personal collection. “Pre-Owned” means we purchased a brand new Funko Pop for our own private collection, usually from Funko HQ, and the box remained unopened and unused.

Are your Funko Pops authentic?

Absolutely. We are a legitimate retailer and we source all our new Funko Pops from a well-known toy distributor right here in beautiful Simi Valley in southern California.

Are your Funko Pops in mint or near-mint condition?

Yes, our Funko Pops are either mint or near-mint condition. Unless otherwise described. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions along with images. We consider “mint” to mean the box and toy inside is in excellent condition with no obvious damage, creases, or dents.

“Near-mint”, to us, means that a new, undamaged box might otherwise have a slight blemish or very minor scratch from manufacturer shipping, which could be noticeable upon closer inspection.

We take the time to note any obvious imperfections in the product descriptions. If there’s anything noteworthy, we provide additional photos in the product gallery to help you evaluate its condition.

If you’re buying Funko Pops as gifts or for the sheer joy of owning a few, then you or the gift recipient definitely won’t be disappointed with the excellent condition of our Funko Pop boxes and figures.

THIS PART IS IMPORTANT: If you demand a flawless-to-the-smallest-detail Funko Pop figure or box, then we invite you to just move along. We wish you good luck and blessings while you seek that perfection elsewhere. Ultimately, Funko Pops are simply toys meant to be enjoyed and appreciated.

Why are some of your “vaulted” and limited edition Chase Funko Pops often much less expensive than those listed at other online stores and auctions?

Glad you asked! Fortunately, for collectors, we give you a chance to own a high-value Pop after you get outbid at an online auction. You get the same authentic Funko Pop at a decent price. In return, we get happy customers who come back for more. Browse our store and read our blog posts. It’s pretty clear we’re only here to keep life fun.

How are the paint jobs on the Funko Pops you sell?

Excellent paint jobs on pretty much every Funko Pop we sell. We take the time to note any obvious imperfections in the product descriptions, so make sure you read those thoroughly. If there’s anything noteworthy, we provide additional photos in the product gallery to help you evaluate its condition.

No one likes a nasty paint job on a Funko Pop. Even the most pristine box can’t save a sloppy Funko face. We inspect every Funko Pop prior to shipping out to you to ensure you don’t receive one with ugly smears and blotches.

Experienced Funko Pop buyers understand that minor paint imperfections are totally normal, such as an odd speck here or there or slight color bleed. Funko Inc. does not consider these minor paint variations as flaws. Happy Clam Gifts also can’t guarantee the paint quality of a Funko Pop figure’s parts that we can’t see without actually opening the box.

Don’t hesitate to contact us for additional photos to help you out. Again, whatever we notice, we’ll mention it in the product description.

How well do you pack a Funko Pop for shipment?

Each Funko Pop is wrapped in bubble wrap or double-boxed in sturdy inner boxes and supplemented with air pillows. They are shipped in 32 lb. ECT (Edge Crush Test) or 200 lb. bursting test boxes. Sometimes we pretend we’re shipping an authentic Faberge egg.
