Do you ship outside of the United States?

We only ship to destinations within the 50 states.

Why isn’t my USPS Tracking Number updating its shipment status?

When the post office receives your package for shipment, they scan the shipping label barcode. Sometimes their system lags a few hours and then catches up into real-time status. This will display as a list of multiple status updates all at once.

We also use Stamps.com to track packages. Their tracking system rides in tandem with USPS, but occasionally one site will update before the other.

To check shipment progress using Stamps.com’s tracking, you can click on the tracking number link on your Shipping Notification email. Or enter the tracking number on their site link:

Additionally, you can copy and paste the tracking number and check it on the USPS tracking site using their link:

Are all your collectible merchandise new?

YES – our products, collectible or otherwise, are new and in great-looking condition. Our Funko Pops are mint or near-mint in undamaged boxes. Any unusual imperfection will be noted in the product description.

Occasionally, we’ll sell items from our own private collection. This might include books, toys, and miscellaneous gift items. When we do – the item will be listed as USED – FROM OUR PRIVATE COLLECTION. We’ll post photos of the actual item and a full, accurate description of its condition. We’d never try to pass off a used item for a new one. Online stores that do that rank super high on our stink-o-meter.

Can you email or text me additional photos of a product before I decide to buy it?

Yeppers. We know it’s important that you really get a feel for a product that you’re only viewing online. We’ll be happy to email or text you additional images showing details, close-ups, or different angles of any product you’re interested in. Personalized service is how we do, yo.

Can I order something that’s Out Of Stock?

If it’s a collectible item (like most of our toys) or if it’s tagged as Hard To Find, then no. Those products generally will not be restocked. Sold out collectibles will show SOLD OUT under the product description.
